From our beginnings to our vision: we introduce ourselves

The company was founded in spring 2001 in Mülheim an der Ruhr by Michael Rinaldi.

After 8 1/2 years of working for a renowned manufacturer of grooving tools in the office and in the field, the foundation for self-employment was laid.

In 2016, Marco Rinaldi, the youngest of 3 sons, joined the company after completing his commercial training.

In autumn 2019 we started with our online shop.

In spring 2020, new, larger business premises were moved into and the sales team was further strengthened.

Also since the beginning of 2020, we have been a premium distributor for ZCC-CT and a general importer for SMOXH cutting tools.

Since January 2022 change of name to Rinaldi-Tools GmbH and with Marco Rinaldi now also in the position of managing director.

With 11 years of experience as a cutting machine operator since July 1st, 2022 Enrico Rinaldi joined the team in the field of technical advice and sales.

Our product portfolio also includes 6 further delivery programs that enable us to supply the right tool for almost every machining task.
