Applications
This chamfer mill is ideally designed for contour shaping as well as the precise deburring of workpieces. It is predominantly used in metalworking, mechanical engineering, and modern CNC manufacturing. Thanks to its versatile suitability for structural steel, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and copper alloys, the milling tool acts as a universal solution for changing material requirements. The refined cutting geometry supports clean results even on complex workpiece contours.
Special features
The PVD-coated fine-grain carbide design RT303 reduces wear and creates excellent conditions for a long tool life. The availability of two different shank systems, cylindrical and Weldon, opens up flexible application possibilities across various tool holders. Thanks to the exact 90° point, the tool is perfectly suited for producing 45° chamfers and precise edge finishes.
