Applications
These solid carbide drill tips are ideally suited for efficient batch and single-part production. Their design for P and K materials makes them an optimal solution for machining tasks in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, and general metalworking. They deliver convincing results when drilling alloyed and unalloyed steel as well as various cast iron materials.
Special features
The combination of a wear-resistant CVD coating and the field-tested P25/K20 grade opens up flexible application possibilities when machining challenging materials. Replacing the drill heads directly on the machine can significantly reduce setup times during production.
When using the 5xD or 8xD drill body, we recommend reducing the feed rate to 85% or 70%.
