High-Performance Solid Carbide Internal Tool Holder E-SDUCR/L (93°)
For precise profile turning and machining deep internal contours, the Solid Carbide Internal Tool Holder E-SDUCR/L (93°) offers a professional and highly reliable solution. Constructed as a solid carbide boring bar, the tool provides immense structural rigidity that effectively mitigates vibrations, even in demanding cutting tasks. This results in substantially improved workpiece precision and surface finish. Featuring a 93° setting angle, robust screw clamping, and internal coolant supply, this holder creates excellent conditions for cost-effective and process-reliable turning operations.

Applications
This holder is explicitly designed for internal turning and complex contouring (profile turning). The vibration-damping properties of the solid carbide material permit extended projection lengths of up to 6xD. This makes the boring bar the preferred choice for deep bore machining and applications where conventional steel holders may fail due to chatter marks or dimensional inaccuracies. It is predominantly used on CNC lathes in professional machining and batch production environments.
Special features
The combination of a solid carbide shank and an internal coolant feed distinguishes this tool holder system. By directing the coolant straight to the cutting edge, thermal stress on the indexable insert is reduced, and chip evacuation is strongly supported. Furthermore, the use of a screw clamp mechanism allows for swift and repeatable insert changes, which minimizes setup times and promotes highly efficient workflows during the turning process.
